When I started my journey to find a nice working GSD, I had no idea what I was getting into. I called a million breeders and asked 2 million questions. What I found out in a nut shell is really very simple, and that is, you can’t trust anything a dog breeder tells you about something they’re selling!! I had all but given up on my search until I met one of the most special families I have ever ran across…Carol and Peter Hudson. From day one Carol answered every question I had honestly and fully. She spent countless hours on the phone with me EVERY week answering the same boring questions about the puppies in the litter I was looking at. She not once made me feel like a customer, and I couldn’t come up with a sum of money that I owe her for her honesty and time.
When the time finally came to get my puppy, I drove up to Carol’s home. It was like going to Momma’s house! There was a spread of food on the table for us, and I just felt so at home. She met every demand I had for puppy testing, and all though she strongly suggested which pup I took, I politely disagreed and took my pick. I will now tell you Carol was RIGHT…I ended up swapping puppies and I am so happy with Brody. To this day I talk to her every day on the phone and she and her husband have become very good friends to me. Believe me…when she says “lifetime breeder support”…she means it! You will not find a more honest, caring, and such a special person as Carol Hudson. She has some pretty nice dogs too, if I must say! I strongly recommend anyone looking for a high drive working pup to call Carol and check her out before you call ANYONE else. Thank you Carol and Peter!!!
